Clear Path Environmental Services provides dumpster rentals, portable toilet rentals, restroom trailer rentals, handwash station rentals, and tanks and pumping services. Service availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Payment is due as specified on your invoice
• We accept payment by check, credit card, and other methods as specified at time of order
• Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement

• Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the pickup date
• Extended rental fees apply for equipment kept beyond the agreed rental period
• Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear
• Equipment must be accessible for pickup at the agreed time and location

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a delivery or pickup. Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice provided.

Clear Path Environmental Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear Path Environmental Services and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
